Jeff Antonelli - Global Human Resource Consultant & Founder

With more than 20 years of global leadership experience in a broad range of business sectors including Fortune 100 companies such as Northrop Grumman,  GE and United Technologies, Jeff Antonelli is a leader with a proven track record of steering organizations to the next level of growth. He has vision, practical execution, and the ability to build high performance teams across cultures and geographies.  Jeff has lived in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan and has a deep understanding of how to start up and manage businesses in Asia.  In addition he has worked extensively in Latin America and Europe.

Jeff is noted as a judicious risk taker, presenting creative and entrepreneurial solutions to challenging business issues. He is a catalyst and driving force behind advanced, strategic development and implementation of large scale change management initiatives comprised of compensation and rewards modeling, executive coaching and team building, employee engagement and succession planning .  He carries with him expansive knowledge in managing the intricacies of business divestitures (“spin-offs”), as well as union relations, and has served as the chief spokesperson for four labor contracts across 6 different unions.  Jeff leads the firm's Employee Free Choice Act (Card Check) training and union avoidance strategies.

Throughout his career, Jeff’s primary focus has been on leadership and organizational development, human capital management strategies, large scale growth change management, and executive assimilation and coaching. As a consummate business executive, he demonstrates his ability to strike the right balance between strategic and tactical execution. Leveraging a polished business acumen and technological prowess, Jeff continues to design long-term solutions that result in increased profits, reduced costs and improved operations. He capitalizes on his strengths in strategic organizational alignment, HR technologies, workforce engagement, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, union relations, union avoidance, and joint venture-merger and acquisition integration to transition under-performing organizations into top producers.

He holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Studies from University of South Carolina.

Jeff Struve - Managing Partner

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in a variety of senior level HR executive, consulting and business development positions,  including roles as SVP of Project Search for Pinstripe RPO, EVP and Managing Director for DHR/JobPlex Executive Search, SVP Human Resources for Brown Shoe Company; SVP of HR for MasterCard’s Global Technology and Operations HQ; SVP of HR for Bank One Chicago, and VP of HR for Bank One Milwaukee. Jeff began his career in HR with Johnson Controls Inc and the City of Milwaukee. He has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources and talent management including skills in creating new models for organizational development, talent acquisition and staffing. Jeff has led and created creative compensation design programs for middle market companies, and has designed executive compensation and benefits programs designed to increase retention and motivation of senior level executives. Jeff has a strong leadership and employee development, training, executive coaching, change management, succession planning, process improvement and career development experience set and has negotiated and successfully directed a broad range of human capital programs for national and international application. Jeff’s experience combines a unique blend of strategic HR leadership along with hands-on talent management, HR Outsourcing, workforce planning, union avoidance strategies and Organizational Development projects.

Struve has served the HR profession in a number of regional and national roles. He is a former leader of the Employment Management Association (EMA- now the Staffing Management emphasis group of SHRM); Struve was elected to the EMA Board of Directors and served from 1991 – 2000, and as President of the National Board or Directors from 1999 – 2000. In addition, Struve served as VP of Professional Emphasis Groups on the National SHRM Board of Directors from 2000 – 2002.

Struve received his BA from Marquette University, and received his SPHR certification from SHRM in 1998.
